What we do
Advertising, audits, retail media, and creative. Buy one of them or all four. Either way the reporting ends up in the same place: what a unit earns after everything Amazon takes.

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP, run as one budget against one set of numbers.
02
Two weeks, one document, and a call. You keep the findings whether or not you ever work with us again.
03
Walmart Connect, Target Plus and Roundel, Instacart, and the curated marketplaces, run by people who will tell you when a channel is not worth your time.
04
Images, copy, A+ modules, and video, briefed from search data and judged by whether the number moved.
Most people arrive wanting one thing and find out they need a different one. These are the three shapes an engagement takes. Nobody gets talked into the biggest one.

Fixed fee · about two weeks
A read only look at the whole account, ending in a prioritised list of what to fix and what it is worth. Yours to keep and run yourself.
Most clients
Flat monthly fee · never a share of spend
We run the account. Advertising, DSP, creative, and the operational side of Seller Central, against contribution margin rather than ROAS.
If you have a team
Scoped per project
For brands with someone in house. We take the piece you do not have the time or the tooling for and leave the rest alone.
Most of our clients do between $400,000 and $6m a year across marketplaces, spending roughly $6,000 to $30,000 a month on ads. Under about $6,000 a month a managed service costs more than it returns, and we will say so.
A flat monthly fee for management, a fixed fee for audits and projects. We do not take a percentage of ad spend, because that arrangement pays an agency to spend your money.
The first quarter is committed, because a restructure needs that long to show its numbers. After that it rolls ninety days.
A named strategist who is on your weekly call, with specialists for DSP, creative, and retail media as the work needs them. No account manager relaying messages.
Not in the same subcategory on the same marketplace. We will tell you at the first call if there is a conflict.
Read only access to start, honest cost of goods, and someone who can make a decision on a 25 minute call each week. That last one matters more than the first two.
Neither are most people on the first call. Tell us what the account is doing and we will tell you which of the four is the cheapest fix, including when the answer is none of them.
