Eight people, no timesheets, and accounts you actually own rather than support. If you have ever wanted to say “stop advertising that product” and be backed up, this is the place.
What working here is like
Everyone here owns something. Strategists own accounts, specialists own a channel, and the person closest to the work is the one who talks to the client about it. There is no layer of account management in between, which means you get the credit and also the difficult call.
We are deliberately small and we turn away work when the calendar is full, so nobody carries eight accounts. The trade off is that we hire slowly and the bar for taking a job here is a conversation about how you would handle a specific account, not a personality test.
The specifics
No timesheets
We do not bill by the hour, so there is nothing to record. We care what moved in the accounts you own.
Four day fortnights in January
Our quietest month. Everyone gets alternate Fridays back after the Q4 run.
Training budget you choose
Two thousand a year, spent on whatever you argue for. Several people have spent it on things unrelated to Amazon.
Open roles

Amazon Strategist
You own three or four accounts end to end: the weekly call, the margin model, and the decision about what changes this week. You have run a marketplace P&L before, either in house or agency side.
