Our work
Written the way we would explain them on a call: what was broken, what we changed, what it earned, and the part of each engagement that did not work.
Featured Health & Household
Volara sells sports nutrition across three marketplaces. When they came to us the ad account had 112 live campaigns, no naming convention, and a reporting deck that only counted branded search.
Seven brands across seven categories. Ad spend at the start ranged from about $5,400 a month to $18,400, which is the size of account we are built for.

Home & Kitchen
Surviving Q4 without going out of stock
A cookware brand that kept selling out of the wrong sizes every fourth quarter.
Sports & Outdoors
Taking a one channel brand onto three more shelves
Strong on Amazon, invisible everywhere else. We took the playbook to three more retailers.
Pet Supplies
Recovering $9,400 in fees, then fixing what caused it
The audit found $9,400 Amazon owed them. That was the least valuable thing it found.
Office Products
From zero to $34k a month in five launches
A Shopify brand with no Amazon presence at all. We launched four products, not nineteen.
Baby
Nine days to reinstatement, then the actual fix
Their best listing was suppressed on a Tuesday. The variation structure underneath it was the real problem.
Grocery
When the right answer is to stop advertising
We turned their advertising off on two products. Revenue on both held.
Nothing filed under that yet.
Figures come from client Seller Central and advertising accounts over the periods described. Several clients are covered by confidentiality agreements and are not published here. We can usually walk through those on a call.
Sentinel Digital has grown through word of mouth, on the back of what our clients went on to do. Their numbers are the only pitch we have.
Reviews collected from clients at the end of each engagement quarter.
We came to Sentinel after two agencies that both sent beautiful monthly decks and neither of which could tell me what a unit actually earned us. The difference here is that the first conversation was about our cost of goods, not our ad spend. They rebuilt the account around six products instead of twenty four, and the six that mattered got the budget the other eighteen had been quietly eating. I still get a short note every Tuesday telling me what changed and what they are doing about it. Three years of agencies, and that is the thing I would not give up.
Two weeks, read only access, and a document you keep whether or not we work together. That is how all seven of these engagements began.
